Our Cedar Rapids lab is located at 2740 1st Ave. NE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52402 (north of Tomaso's Pizza and south of Walgreens and the Irish Democrat). We're in the left half of a building shared with Mercy Home Care. Our street signage and building awning currently say "Optix" (to be updated soon!)
